Corporate Associate w/ Tech Transactions Experience

Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese PC is seeking an outstanding corporate associate with four to six years of law firm experience. The candidate would be a member of the corporate group, and would also work closely with our data privacy/technology transactions team as needed. The ideal candidate should have experience running mechanics and diligence on mergers and acquisitions or finance and securities transactions and should be highly motivated, with superior credentials and an entrepreneurial business mind. Some tech transactions or data privacy experience also preferred. Base salary commensurate with experience, plus substantial performance bonus and benefits.
