Denver, Colorado (September 16, 2016) - Lewis, Bess, Williams & Weese attorney Steven Imig presented at a Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Special Institute held September 14-15 in Westminster Colorado.  The conference, attended by nearly 200 people, was dedicated to the topic of “Challenging and Defending Federal Natural Resource Agency Decisions.”

Mr. Imig’s presentation focused on the U.S. Forest Service’s varied administrative review processes.  Joined by co-presenter Vincent DeWitte of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of General Counsel, Mr. Imig provided conference participants with practical insight into the conduct of U.S. Forest Service administrative appeals and objections and tips on how to participate effectively in those processes.
